4th Asian Cocktail Championship 2010

4박 5일 일정으로 마카오 코타이 엑스포에서
제4회 아시아 칵테일 챔피언십 2010이 개최됩니다.
국제바텐더협회(IBA, International Bartenders Association)에서 주관하는 이번 대회는,
2010년 9월 30일 서울 코엑스에서 개최되는 제5회 코리안컵바텐더대회
출전자중 상위 입상자 총 4명이 국가대표로 선발되어 출전하게 됩니다.
(출전 및 항공, 숙박비 일체를 협회에서 지원하며, 협회 임원 2인이 운영위원으로 동행하게 됩니다.)

칵테일 대회규정
1. Each contestant is required to create and prepare one cocktail in any style with sponsored products.
2. The cocktail can be a pre-dinner, after dinner, long drink or fancy drink.
3. The cocktail recipe cannot contain more than six (6) ingredients.
4. Recipes shall be expressed in centiliters.
5. The time limit is five (5) minutes.
6. Garnishes can be prepared prior to going on the stage.
7. Cocktails can be garnished only after they are prepared on stage.
8. All cocktails must be prepared using the sponsored spirits and liquor. All syrup and juices must be served from a carafe.
Contestants who fail to follow this rule will be disqualified and not allowed to participate in the competition.
9. Glassware will be provided. Contestants are allowed to use their own if preferred.
10. No heated ingredient is to be used.
11. No fire is allowed to be used.
12. Contestants are required to be dressed smartly; no jeans and T-shirts are allowed.
13. Evaluation will be on taste, measurement, showmanship, time management and presentation.

• US$500 cash award to the champion and a De Kuyper professional bartender kit
• US$200 cash award to the first runner up
• US$100 cash award to the second runner up
• Winning trophies for the first three winners
• Certificates to all participants
플레어대회규정

2. Any method can be used to prepare the cocktail.

9. All bottles must be full size (70-75 cl).
10. No stickers or bandings are allowed on the flair bottles.
11. Contestants are to provide their music CD upon registration.
The CD must be clearly labeled with the contestant’s name and establishment.
12. Both bartending flair and the cocktail aspects will be judged. The cocktail will be judged on taste and presentation.
