Main Responsibilities

l  Supporting Portfolio Manager in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for beneficial influence to Brands, Sales and Company

l  Managing assigned brands as agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability

l  In cooperation with Sales, identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for Patron and various boutique brands

l  Developing and leading the execution of marketing plans for brands and manage the effective deployment of marketing budget

-  Strategy Development

-  Campaign Development

-  Creative Production

-  Media planning and execution

-  On / Off line Brand activation.

-  Brand PR initiative

l  Initiating and managing market/consumer researches to deliver right consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth, and develop these insights into achievable plans

l  Communicating with global/regional contacts of assigned brands to ensure customer satisfaction and healthy brand building

Qualification:

l  Education : University degree or the above

l  Job experience : At least +5 years of successful marketing and/or sales experience in alcoholic beverage industry, preferably premium hard liquor industry

 

Skills:

l  Strategic marketing sense and knowledge on hard liquor industry

l  Ability to find channel opportunities and get assigned brands in the market

l  Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership

l  Independent, strategic thinking and sensitive to numbers

l  Fluent in English (both speaking and writing it)
